After those damn corpo’s attacked the limited run of issue 001 v.1.0 - We were able to cobble together this version from the burning remains of the light transport that was coming across the autobahn with the first print run, of issue 001.
It took some hard coding, alteration, and careful voodoo, but we were able to rebuilt it, make it stronger, make it drink more beer, and use less AI. So we bring to you, Issue 001 Mk 2. ~ Now with more “Wreckage beer”!
In this re-imagined 186 page, physical copy of the first issue of “Edge Punk” magazine, dedicated to “Dan Plegel” (aka “BOOB DAN”.
We have redesigned the USB drive to look like a mild mannered Cassette tape, built into it a virtual reality version of the magazine, that allows you to interact with it, experience music, video, animations, and active links from within the magazine like never before.
NOW you can experience virtually from the magazine “Chip”, a full immersive experience of a “Cyberpunk” style magazine, as though you were living in a Cyberpunk Dystopia, in the year 2222. The magazine features real world products, media, articles, and content that you can buy, follow, and interact with, set in a fictional Universe, promoting Independent Media, Arts, Comics, Stories, Costuming, and so much more!!
Each USB drive has been specially built and designed to load 2 separate “Thumb drives” onto your computer or laptop (Future issues will have the ability to work with Cellphones and tablets through a special app currently in development).
In one drive, is the magazine itself, complete with all the media in the magazine loaded directly into the magazine through special proprietary software, allowing you to read the magazine offline, no matter where you are in the world, while also having the ability, if you desire to link to hundreds of websites, resources and content from all over the world.
As a BONUS feature, the second drive, (which will load into most USB car audio systems), has additional music, videos, content, and unique Media resources supporting the magazine that are ONLY EXCLUSIVELY available on the physical drive version itself. Meaning that with each physical issue, you will get a bonus “CD” folder that allows you to listen to the music, and watch videos of many of the artist’s, musicians, and content creators featured in this magazine! ~ So as the slogan says;
“Flip the chip, and Jack in!”
